Jitka prepares professional documents and studies for campaigns dealing with toxic substances and waste, carries out sampling of consumer goods, as well as the environment. She focuses on persistent organic pollutants, some of the most toxic substances produced by human activity. She monitors their release into the environment, waste and their circulation in recycled materials. Jitka works closely with the International Pollutants Elimination Network (IPEN).In it, Jitka holds a research and coordination position, has a degree in environmental care and applied ecology at the Biological Faculty, today the Faculty of Science of the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice. She started in Arnice during her studies in 2004 as a volunteer.
